Growth Informer Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern your subscription to the Growth Informer ("Software"). Please read them carefully as they form a binding agreement between you and Growth Informer.

Billing and Payment

1. Initial Subscription: 

During the initial subscription year, first-time subscribers are obligated to commit to a minimum period of 1 year. We offer two convenient payment options to accommodate your preferences:

a). Split Payment Option:

   - Begin your subscription by paying for the first 6 months upfront. After the initial month, you can settle the remaining 6-month balance, providing flexibility in managing your financial commitments.

b). Discounted Full-Year Payment Option:

   - Alternatively, opt for the full 1-year subscription by paying the entire fee upfront. Choosing this option grants you a 2-month discount, providing both savings and a streamlined payment experience.

These payment options are designed to cater to your financial preferences, ensuring a seamless and accommodating experience throughout your first year subscription with us. If you have any questions or require further assistance, our dedicated support team is ready to assist you

2. Payment Options After Initial Year:

   - After the initial 1-year subscription period, subscribers have the flexibility to choose between monthly or annual payment options.

3. Monthly Payment Option:

   - Subscribers can opt for a monthly payment plan, providing them with the convenience of paying monthly.

4. Annual Payment Option:

   - Alternatively, subscribers have the option to choose an annual payment plan, allowing them to make a single annual payment for the subscription.

5. Package Details:

   - Growth Starter:

     - 1 Location or Business

     - 3 Users

     - USD 14 per month

   - Growth Pro:

     - 5 Locations or Businesses

     - 75 Users

     - USD 40 per month

   - Growth Premium:

     - 15 Locations or Businesses

     - 300 Users

     - USD 110 per month

6. Payment Currency:

   - All prices are in USD (United States Dollars).

7. Additional Users and Locations:

   - For subscribers with additional users or locations beyond the specified limits in their chosen package, additional fees may apply. Please contact our customer support for more details.

8. Payment Processing:

   - Payments can be made through our secure online payment gateway. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and other methods as specified during the subscription process.

Transaction fees will be incurred by the subscriber

9. Billing and Invoicing:

   - Invoices will be generated automatically based on the selected payment frequency (monthly or annually). Subscribers will receive timely notifications and invoices for their records.

10. Renewal:

• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the initial term (1 year) unless you cancel it at least 30 days before the renewal date.
• Renewal Rates: Your subscription will renew at the then-current monthly rate for your chosen package. We may notify you of any rate changes before your renewal date.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. You will have access to the Software until the end of your current billing period.

11. Refunds:

• Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments.
• Annual Subscriptions: You may be eligible for a prorated refund of the remaining unused portion of your annual subscription if you cancel within 30 days of purchasing it.

12. Additional Terms:

These Payment Terms are subject to change at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised terms on our website and sending an email notification to users who have opted in to receive such notifications.
