Every generation has its own characteristics, but millennials are their own. At least that's what the world said.

The millennial, raised by the baby boomers, was born between 1981 and 1996, and this year turned 23 to 38 years old. They are the first generation to grow on the internet. They grew older and entered the labor force during the Great Recession, both of which played an important role in shaping their lives.
